Tonight we decided to have stuffed zucchini. We used some zucchini from my parents huge garden and stuffed it with some tomato and mozzarella chicken sausage , fresh tomatoes and basil from our garden.
We grilled some corn and asparagus and had a little fresh foccacia. It was a great summer meal.
