Our cake choices are clockwise from the top…
Double Chocolate Fudge Cake with a ganache truffle center, Sour Cream Pound Cake with a raspberry preserve center, Carrot Cake with rich cream cheese frosting and filled with chopped walnuts, and last but not least Almond Supreme Cake filled with either raspberry preserves, apricot preserves or ganache.
I’m not really sure how we are going to decide. Maybe we will just have to have 3 or 4 cakes.
