They worked out beautifully. They were the perfect thickness and texture. They held up to the grill and the ricotta. Because they worked out so well I decided to try my hand at something I have not made before. A cheddar cheese crusted apple pie. All in all it went well. The crust was a bit cantankerous, and temperamental but in the end we worked out our differences and together we made something great.
