It has been about a month since I started our mini-veggie garden. We have eaten most of the Bibb lettuce and Arugula, the Bok Choy bolted ( next year I will have to plant it a smidge earlier) so we didn’t get a chance to eat that. So I thought it might be time for an update. Week one I planted peas, radishes and nasturtium from seeds and everything else from transplants. So week one our garden looked like this…
Now it is week 4 and our garden looks like this… Our radishes are growing and about ready to harvest, the squash looks fantastic and today we found our first little tomato on our hanging basket.
Even our indoor garden is doing well. I was getting a little concerned about our lime tree as it was beginning to look like a twig sticking out of the dirt. Now it has so much new growth starting its hard to keep track of all of it all. The lemon tree is still going strong with its 2 new branches.
